This extended 5-hour training provides pastors, clergy teams, and nonprofit leaders with a deeper dive into building sustainable mental health ministry practices within the church. In addition to covering crisis response and pastoral triage, this intensive session adds a strategic planning workshop and a counseling ministry framework to help leaders move from awareness to action. Participants will leave with a ministry plan tailored to their context, practical resources, and a framework for equipping lay leaders to share the responsibility of care.
