Who We Serve

Who We Serve

Pastors

Pastors are often the first people church members turn to in times of crisis, grief, or mental health struggles. Yet clergy are rarely given formal training in counseling or crisis care. Our programs equip pastors with practical frameworks, such as pastoral triage, suicide prevention, and burnout awareness, so you can shepherd with wisdom while staying healthy yourself. With these tools, you’ll feel confident knowing when to provide care, when to set boundaries, and when to refer to professionals.

Nonprofit Leaders

Community nonprofits carry incredible responsibility in meeting both physical and emotional needs. For directors and training coordinators, our workshops and consulting services provide faith-integrated mental health training that equips staff and volunteers to serve with sensitivity and competence. Whether your nonprofit supports families, youth, or vulnerable populations, we help your team respond with clarity, compassion, and practical resources that align with your mission.

Church Staff & Lay Leaders

Deacons, elders, and lay leaders are the backbone of pastoral care in many congregations. Yet many feel unprepared when faced with issues like depression, domestic violence, or caregiver burnout. Our training equips lay leaders with a simple but powerful toolkit, listening skills, crisis response frameworks, and referral pathways, so they can offer safe, biblically grounded support without overstepping their role.

Faith Communities

Churches as a whole are called to be places of refuge and healing. When a congregation embraces mental health ministry, stigma is reduced and lives are changed. Our resources give faith communities the knowledge and confidence to support one another, whether through caregiver support groups, dementia-friendly worship services, or mental health awareness campaigns. Together, we can build a culture where faith and mental health care work hand in hand to strengthen the Body of Christ.
